Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant strongly preferred
- college and/or culinary schooling preferred
- ability to work a variety of shifts and weekends
- compliance with state alcohol serving age requirements for applicable restaurants
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to handle diverse physical demands including bending, stooping, and verbal communication
- commitment to following safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, hire, train, and mentor employees
- plan, assign, and direct work activities
- appraise employee performance and administer rewards or disciplinary actions including terminations
- foster a positive and engaging workplace culture
- coach team members to enhance guest satisfaction and job success
- communicate sales performance and implement corporate initiatives
- assist team members with various job duties as needed
- promote sales-building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover and sales per guest
- greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues to ensure complete satisfaction
- maintain efficient operations with cost control and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health codes, and safety policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor quality food standards and cleanliness
- control cash, inventory, food and labor costs
- conduct weekly inventory and manage labor scheduling
- oversee proper use of restaurant equipment
- maintain the facility and company assets
- perform other duties as assigned
