Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility operations and management required
- Experience in hospitality sector required
- Ability to interact enthusiastically with staff and guests
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to motivate and develop team members
- Professional grooming and conduct at all times
- Ability to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid work authorization for the location
- Ability to analyze financial reports and manage budgets

Job Duties
- Hire, train, and provide mentorship to staff to develop their skills
- Cultivate a team environment providing exceptional customer service
- Implement and execute all staff training programs
- Assist in selecting and developing Area Leads and Certified Trainers
- Lead and influence managerial staff through motivation and leveraging strengths
- Ensure execution of employee recognition and incentive programs
- Maintain a strong community presence through partnerships
- Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for guests and staff
- Manage all aspects of operations including entertainment, food, beverage, and attractions
- Improve operational execution by adhering to standards and philosophies
- Provide direction to management ensuring high staff performance
- Promote positive employee relations and uphold operational standards
- Assist franchise owners in holding managers accountable to goals
- Monitor online reviews to ensure guest experience standards
- Capitalize business opportunities through executing marketing strategies
- Maintain fiscal responsibility for inventory control and par levels
- Assure appropriate staffing levels while managing labor budget
- Analyze financial reports and develop plans to grow revenue and control expenses
