Job Requirements

- Minimum 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends
- Compliance with state alcohol serving age requirements if applicable

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in compliance with company policies and legal regulations
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train restaurant employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work to ensure efficient operations
- Appraise employee performance and administer rewards or disciplinary actions including terminations
- Resolve employee and guest complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Foster a positive culture promoting employee engagement and development
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance performance and guest experience
- Model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and implement corporate initiatives
- Assist team members with tasks as needed
- Drive sales growth through suggestive selling and sales-building activities
- Maximize table turnover and sales per guest
- Greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- Maintain cost controls, profit management, and efficient operations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors for guests and employees
- Monitor daily food quality and cleanliness standards
- Oversee cash control and security procedures
- Manage inventory, food, labor costs, and financial reports
- Follow recipes and portion control to reduce food costs
- Optimize labor schedules and use labor scheduling tools
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment
