Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a restaurant general manager or similar leadership role in high-volume restaurants
  • strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • passion for guest service, team development, and operational efficiency
  • ability to analyze financials and drive results
  • flexible schedule: 10AM-8PM, 50 hours/week, including weekends and holidays
  • able to stand, walk, and lift as needed in a fast-paced environment
  • no formal education requirement

Job Duties

  • Lead all daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent guest experiences and food quality
  • actively engage with guests, resolve issues, and build customer loyalty
  • hire, train, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team
  • oversee scheduling, labor management, and compliance with labor laws
  • analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and control costs
  • maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards
  • oversee inventory, ordering, and technology systems (POS, online orders, delivery)
  • foster a positive, values-driven culture and recognize team achievements
  • communicate with corporate and regional leadership and complete required reporting
  • be available for peak hours, weekends, holidays, and emergencies
