Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management
- Food Safety Manager certification

Job Qualifications

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Food Safety Manager certification required

Job Duties
- Overseeing overall restaurant operations, management of staff, controllable profit plan achievement, guest count growth, and sales building activities
- focusing on employee selection, retention, and continuous operational improvements
- demonstrating a strong commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction
- reinforcing training and upholding Denny's Way service and brand quality standards throughout the entire restaurant
- attracting, hiring, developing, coaching, and retaining Restaurant Managers and hourly employees to ensure an engaged, high-performing team
- creating and maintaining a respectful and enjoyable environment for employees
- using corporate training programs, individual development plans, and work assignments to develop employees' knowledge and skills
- providing timely, constructive coaching and feedback
- directing restaurant operations to ensure that Denny's Brand Standards for food and facilities are consistently achieved
- enforcing sanitary practices for the general cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant
- driving sales, guest count, and profit by developing and executing a local store marketing plan and community relationships
- interpreting financial and operational reports and schedules, analyzing data, identifying gaps in operating performance and developing solutions to achieve operating goals
- monitoring security procedures to protect guests, employees, and company assets
- maintaining compliance with Denny's employment policies and regulations
- proactively addressing and resolving problems such as customer complaints, employee relations issues, and facilities or security concerns
- fostering a 'Guests First' mindset dedicated to exceeding guest expectations.
