Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency with computer and club management software
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Passion for health and wellness

- Ability to generate new club memberships through leads and referrals
- Ability to identify potential members' needs and use solution-selling techniques

- Ability to meet challenging monthly quotas and demonstrate production excellence quickly
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize club cleanliness
- Ability to train others in membership sales and referrals
Job Duties
- Generate member referrals, marketing and community outreach to achieve new member enrollment goals
- Convert incoming telephone inquiries to appointments for club tours
- Enroll potential members following club tours
- Schedule new members for success sessions with fitness staff
- Maintain accurate records and manage club management software
- Ensure the club is immaculately maintained
- Oversee the retention strategy and systems
