Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience managing residential home services
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to learn industry standards and product knowledge

- Plumbing experience preferred
- Experience with business expansion preferred
- Experience reading and utilizing P&L

Job Duties
- Manage and develop service center operations staff including setting work priorities conducting staff meetings coaching mentoring and training staff
- Develop and implement operational plans to achieve profit and growth goals and manage expenditures to meet operational goals
- Develop forecasts for sales growth market mix and profitability with plans to meet such projections
- Oversee daily operations to ensure that proper procedures and guidelines are in place
- Manage P&L
- Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
- Learn industry standards and practices including product details and company services offered
- Offer exemplary customer service including maintaining customer relationships ensuring repeat customers coaching team to upsell products and services and addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist with or perform administrative tasks
- Develop knowledge of industry regulations restrictions and laws and ensure service department compliance
- Resolve escalated customer issues by maintaining strong customer relationships
- Monitor department issues and client complaints to identify patterns and reduce recurring problems
- Regularly audit work and customer service standards to ensure high-quality and thorough repairs
- Oversee team members performing inspections preparing reports and doing repairs and perform these duties personally if necessary
- Pass a drug screen and criminal background check
- Promote enthusiasm and brand loyalty during daily huddles team meetings and one-on-ones
