Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years restaurant management experience
  • Experience running shifts unsupervised
  • Experience recruiting and managing staff
  • Knowledge of labor laws
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work minimum 50 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred advanced studies in business or restaurant management
  • At least three years of restaurant management experience
  • Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision
  • Experience recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and managing employees
  • Knowledge of labor and employment laws
  • Knowledge of health and safety laws and regulations
  • Basic computer, math, accounting, and reading skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, decision-making, leadership, time-management, and conflict-resolution skills

Job Duties

  • Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, manage, direct, coach, lead, schedule, assign, discipline, and terminate employees
  • Manage drive-in employees' compensation levels
  • Supervise, lead, and manage all aspects of operations
  • Manage opening and/or closing duties
  • Handle and escalate guest issues and concerns
  • Handle and escalate employee issues and concerns
  • Manage, plan, forecast, and adjust food, labor, paper, and inventory
  • Lead regular team meetings
  • Manage and maintain drive-in recordkeeping and operational reports
  • Develop and manage local marketing and business performance plans
  • Ensure maintenance of drive-in and equipment
  • Supervise and manage vendor performance
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Ensure compliance with laws
  • Manage cleaning and sanitation duties
  • Perform station duties as needed
  • Perform regular cleaning and sanitation
  • Move and stock food products up to 50 pounds
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
