Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years restaurant management experience
- Experience running shifts unsupervised
- Experience recruiting and managing staff
- Knowledge of labor laws
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Basic computer and math skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work minimum 50 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred advanced studies in business or restaurant management
- At least three years of restaurant management experience
- Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision
- Experience recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and managing employees
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Knowledge of health and safety laws and regulations
- Basic computer, math, accounting, and reading skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, decision-making, leadership, time-management, and conflict-resolution skills
Job Duties
- Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, manage, direct, coach, lead, schedule, assign, discipline, and terminate employees
- Manage drive-in employees' compensation levels
- Supervise, lead, and manage all aspects of operations
- Manage opening and/or closing duties
- Handle and escalate guest issues and concerns
- Handle and escalate employee issues and concerns
- Manage, plan, forecast, and adjust food, labor, paper, and inventory
- Lead regular team meetings
- Manage and maintain drive-in recordkeeping and operational reports
- Develop and manage local marketing and business performance plans
- Ensure maintenance of drive-in and equipment
- Supervise and manage vendor performance
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and standards
- Ensure compliance with laws
- Manage cleaning and sanitation duties
- Perform station duties as needed
- Perform regular cleaning and sanitation
- Move and stock food products up to 50 pounds
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
