Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Strong business acumen including budgeting and sales forecasting
- Ability to maintain restaurant cleanliness and food safety standards

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance
- Hire, train, and develop restaurant team members to uphold company standards
- Manage profit and loss responsibilities including sales forecasting and budget adherence
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met
- Create and implement marketing strategies such as fundraisers and community engagement events
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through staff coaching and quality control
- Assist in restaurant tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the team
