- have 3-5 years of leadership experience or equivalent education
- valid driver’s license and insurance

- ability to meet tight deadlines and work in fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Have 3-5 years of experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant capacity or equivalent education
- display strong, excellent, and effective people-oriented relationship skills
- have the ability to work flexible hours and independently with various personalities
- possess adequate driving record including valid driver’s license and insurance
- be at least 18 years old
- background check completed satisfactorily
- display drive, determination, punctuality, and responsibility in working scheduled shifts
Job Duties
- Inspire and support your team to provide their best service to customers
- ensure the restaurant has adequate capacity by generating weekly schedules
- maintain an inviting and positive family culture for employees and customers by coaching, disciplining, and hiring
- oversee and participate in ordering and inventory practices
- ensure the restaurant remains clean and safe by following maintenance and food safety guidelines
- be adaptable to support your team’s roles in meeting customer needs
- remain calm to help diffuse and resolve customer issues and employee wellness concerns
- ensure all marketing plans are executed timely and accurately
- review profit and loss statements with the District Manager and take action to solve problems
- make positive and inspiring relationships with customers and coworkers
- have fun while working
