Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year of restaurant management experience
  • Must be dependable and punctual
  • Neat, clean and professional appearance
  • Fluent English-speaking and writing skills
  • Highly collaborative nature
  • Exhibit a sense of urgency
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent math skills including basic computations and basic algebra
  • Ability to travel to other restaurants and meetings as needed
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting 25-50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Provide vision and leadership to crew, shift supervisors, and restaurant managers to exceed customer expectations
  • Oversee daily operations of the designated Wendy's restaurant
  • Develop and mentor the restaurant team to foster growth and skill advancement
  • Monitor and enforce food safety procedures
  • Maximize store sales and profit goals through effective management and marketing participation
  • Maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Ensure protection of Wendy's brand and assets
