Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior management or sales experience in fitness or related industry preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- proficiency with club management software
- commitment to upholding company mission, vision, and values

- ability to consistently generate new club memberships
- ability to identify potential members' needs and use solution-selling techniques
- ability to thrive in a competitive sales position while maintaining team cohesion
- ability to meet challenging monthly quotas
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- ability to train others in membership sales and referrals
Job Duties
- Generate at least 50% of club tours through member referrals, marketing, and community outreach
- convert at least 70% of incoming telephone inquiries to appointments for club tours
- enroll at least 80% of all touring prospects
- schedule at least 60% of new members for complimentary success sessions
- enter all prospect and guest information into club management software
- maintain immaculate club conditions
- oversee retention strategies and systems
