Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior management or sales experience in fitness or related industry preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • proficiency with club management software
  • commitment to upholding company mission, vision, and values

Job Qualifications

  • ability to consistently generate new club memberships
  • ability to identify potential members' needs and use solution-selling techniques
  • ability to thrive in a competitive sales position while maintaining team cohesion
  • ability to meet challenging monthly quotas
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • ability to train others in membership sales and referrals

Job Duties

  • Generate at least 50% of club tours through member referrals, marketing, and community outreach
  • convert at least 70% of incoming telephone inquiries to appointments for club tours
  • enroll at least 80% of all touring prospects
  • schedule at least 60% of new members for complimentary success sessions
  • enter all prospect and guest information into club management software
  • maintain immaculate club conditions
  • oversee retention strategies and systems
