  • working knowledge of financial and accounting procedures

Job Duties

  • create and maintain customer-driven hotel with a customer-keeping vision that inspires hotel associates
  • oversee quality process to ensure customer satisfaction by consistent delivery of product quality and service
  • perform administrative duties including reading and writing reports and communicating with guests, managers, and corporate offices
  • critically review reports of occupancy and revenue
  • make judgments and implement changes to maximize profits
  • supervise development of business plan, annual budget, and forecasts
  • interview, hire, train, supervise and counsel department managers
  • meet with, develop, and delegate improvement plans for operations
  • recommend performance evaluations and resolve problems
  • participate in community affairs and maintain positive public image
  • communicate verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to staff
  • physically tour and visually inspect property daily
  • monitor cost control, property condition, cleanliness, and quality of product and service
  • greet and maintain rapport with associates and customers
  • travel to attend corporate meetings and serve on committees
  • appropriately handle associate issues following Crescent policies
  • perform other job-related duties as assigned
