Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5+ years retail management experience
- Proven financial management success
- Demonstrated retail management ability
- Experience in leadership management
- Proficient with technology such as Point of Sale systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Flexible full-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to close store at least once per week
- Willingness to travel overnight for corporate meetings
- Valid identification for airline travel
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- 3-5+ years of fast-paced retail management experience
- Proven success in financial management including sales growth, payroll budget management, and expense control
- Demonstrated retail management skills including inventory monitoring, operational excellence, service culture, and merchandising
- Experienced leader capable of attracting, motivating, and developing talent
- Proficient with Point of Sale systems, Microsoft Office, and Apple devices
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to handle pressure, good judgment, and adaptability
Job Duties
- Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and retail shrink goals
- Drive company profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control
- Leverage store forecast and payroll budgets to maximize productivity and achieve sales goals
- Address financial and operational issues using reporting data, store visits, and audits
- Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
- Stay informed about industry trends, product ingredients, and benefits
- Maintain regular attendance and hold associates accountable to attendance policy
