Job Requirements
- Education in hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in general management or similar leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage budgets and financial targets
- Proficient in property management software
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends
