Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1 or more years experience leading, motivating and/or developing others or US Military Service
- Passion for helping and serving others including customers and fellow team members
- Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace
- Strong customer service and support focus
- Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
- Ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead the experience by managing all restaurant operations including food production, guest service, and direct crew and manager work
- Plan and manage all people processes including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance management
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve high performance
- Make critical business decisions regarding inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs
- Ensure food safety measures are implemented and maintained to meet McDonald's standards
- Maintain high standards of guest and employee safety
- Oversee restaurant maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence
