Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience managing a fast food or restaurant team
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to enforce company policies and maintain operational standards
  • Compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws
  • Physical ability to handle the demands of restaurant management

Job Duties

  • Manage the operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant including execution of all company policies, procedures, programs and systems
  • Ensure achievement of restaurant objectives in all areas while following company guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
  • Provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew
  • Create and maintain a 'People Excellence' environment
  • Inspire team members to exceed customer expectations and uphold Wendy's quality standards
  • Help team members advance their skills and careers
