Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience managing a fast food or restaurant team
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to enforce company policies and maintain operational standards
- Compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws
- Physical ability to handle the demands of restaurant management

Job Duties
- Manage the operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant including execution of all company policies, procedures, programs and systems
- Ensure achievement of restaurant objectives in all areas while following company guidelines
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
- Provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew
- Create and maintain a 'People Excellence' environment
- Inspire team members to exceed customer expectations and uphold Wendy's quality standards
- Help team members advance their skills and careers
