Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience in operations
  • 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions
  • Ability to stand for long periods without a break
  • Capacity to meet requirements of all subordinate positions
  • Possess a valid drivers license
  • Ability to travel to multiple stores as needed
  • Perform physical inspections of all restaurant areas
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Move and inspect all supplies in restaurant
  • Work in hot and cold environments including restaurant, cooler, and freezer

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
  • Familiarity with Wendy's policies and procedures
  • Ability to analyze P&L statements and apply corrective actions
  • Understanding of supervisory practices
  • Proficiency in planning and budgeting
  • Skills in interviewing, training and development
  • College degree or equivalent experience in operations
  • 1-2 years of management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions

Job Duties

  • Execute store plan to achieve established standards, sales, local marketing programs and profits
  • Staff the restaurant appropriately and conduct personnel training
  • Operate and maintain the store to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Analyze profit and loss statements and implement corrective measures
  • Oversee supervisory practices and ensure effective team management
  • Plan and budget for store operations
  • Conduct physical inspections of the restaurant and ensure compliance with operational standards
