Job Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations
- 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions
- Ability to stand for long periods without a break
- Capacity to meet requirements of all subordinate positions
- Possess a valid drivers license
- Ability to travel to multiple stores as needed
- Perform physical inspections of all restaurant areas
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Move and inspect all supplies in restaurant
- Work in hot and cold environments including restaurant, cooler, and freezer
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
- Familiarity with Wendy's policies and procedures
- Ability to analyze P&L statements and apply corrective actions
- Understanding of supervisory practices
- Proficiency in planning and budgeting
- Skills in interviewing, training and development
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations
- 1-2 years of management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions
Job Duties
- Execute store plan to achieve established standards, sales, local marketing programs and profits
- Staff the restaurant appropriately and conduct personnel training
- Operate and maintain the store to maximize customer satisfaction
- Analyze profit and loss statements and implement corrective measures
- Oversee supervisory practices and ensure effective team management
- Plan and budget for store operations
- Conduct physical inspections of the restaurant and ensure compliance with operational standards
