Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree
  • minimum 5 years of management experience in full service restaurant or food service operations
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends holidays and extended shifts
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in budget management and financial analysis
  • experience in training and developing staff
  • knowledge of safety and loss prevention standards
  • physical ability to walk bend stand and lift objects with some assistance

Job Duties

  • help develop financial operational plans and budgets and monitor their performance to achieve your center's financial goals including driving food and beverage sales
  • review and control labor costs and other expenses
  • manage the day-to-day operations of your center including scheduling planning organizing and communicating effectively with your team
  • supervise and direct regular training for all staff members ensuring proficiency in guest service food and beverage operations loss prevention and company standards
  • manage multiple departments efficiently and conduct regular meetings with your management team to review performance and adjust action plans accordingly
  • maintain high team morale and address any center-level HR or loss prevention issues as they arise
  • ensure guest service goals are met and customer complaints are resolved to guests' satisfaction
  • oversee the management and expansion of your center's food and beverage program ensuring quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction
  • work varying shifts including weekends holidays and extended workdays as needed
