Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree
- minimum 5 years of management experience in full service restaurant or food service operations
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends holidays and extended shifts
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in budget management and financial analysis
- experience in training and developing staff
- knowledge of safety and loss prevention standards
- physical ability to walk bend stand and lift objects with some assistance

Job Duties
- help develop financial operational plans and budgets and monitor their performance to achieve your center's financial goals including driving food and beverage sales
- review and control labor costs and other expenses
- manage the day-to-day operations of your center including scheduling planning organizing and communicating effectively with your team
- supervise and direct regular training for all staff members ensuring proficiency in guest service food and beverage operations loss prevention and company standards
- manage multiple departments efficiently and conduct regular meetings with your management team to review performance and adjust action plans accordingly
- maintain high team morale and address any center-level HR or loss prevention issues as they arise
- ensure guest service goals are met and customer complaints are resolved to guests' satisfaction
- oversee the management and expansion of your center's food and beverage program ensuring quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction
- work varying shifts including weekends holidays and extended workdays as needed
