Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of management experience in related food service operations
  • Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift objects with assistance

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of management experience in full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations

Job Duties

  • Develop and monitor financial operational plans and budgets
  • Drive food and beverage sales
  • Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling and planning
  • Supervise and train staff on guest service and company standards
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and meetings
  • Address HR and loss prevention issues
  • Resolve customer complaints and prioritize guest satisfaction
