Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of management experience in related food service operations
- Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift objects with assistance

Job Duties
- Develop and monitor financial operational plans and budgets
- Drive food and beverage sales
- Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling and planning
- Supervise and train staff on guest service and company standards
- Conduct regular performance reviews and meetings
- Address HR and loss prevention issues
- Resolve customer complaints and prioritize guest satisfaction
