Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years of food service or restaurant supervisory experience
- food handler certification or willingness to obtain during onboarding
- proficiency with computer and pos systems
- availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights, and holidays
- ability to lift and carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and leadership skills
- commitment to upholding hygiene and food safety standards
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 2 years of previous food service or restaurant supervisory experience
- food handler certification required or able to obtain during onboarding
- experience using a computer and register pos system
- availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights, and/or holidays
- spanish speaking a plus
Job Duties
- oversee daily operations of the store
- provide exceptional customer service
- recruit, select, orient, train, assign, and schedule team members
- manage team performance including coaching, counseling, and disciplining
- communicate effectively with the District Manager regarding operational and human resources issues
- perform regular restaurant inspections
- maintain calm demeanor during high volume periods
- track inventory and maintain accurate records
- resolve food preparation and customer service issues
- ensure a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following sanitation and safety protocols
- achieve company goals by taking ownership of responsibilities
- maintain operational standards and communicate maintenance issues
- coach, mentor, and develop team members
- drive results through team collaboration to achieve store metrics
