Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years of food service or restaurant supervisory experience
  • food handler certification or willingness to obtain during onboarding
  • proficiency with computer and pos systems
  • availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights, and holidays
  • ability to lift and carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
  • ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • commitment to upholding hygiene and food safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years of previous food service or restaurant supervisory experience
  • food handler certification required or able to obtain during onboarding
  • experience using a computer and register pos system
  • availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights, and/or holidays
  • spanish speaking a plus

Job Duties

  • oversee daily operations of the store
  • provide exceptional customer service
  • recruit, select, orient, train, assign, and schedule team members
  • manage team performance including coaching, counseling, and disciplining
  • communicate effectively with the District Manager regarding operational and human resources issues
  • perform regular restaurant inspections
  • maintain calm demeanor during high volume periods
  • track inventory and maintain accurate records
  • resolve food preparation and customer service issues
  • ensure a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following sanitation and safety protocols
  • achieve company goals by taking ownership of responsibilities
  • maintain operational standards and communicate maintenance issues
  • coach, mentor, and develop team members
  • drive results through team collaboration to achieve store metrics
