Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of management experience related to full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Physical ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Capability to lift objects with some assistance

Job Duties
- Develop and monitor financial operational plans and budgets to achieve center financial goals
- Drive food and beverage sales while controlling labor and other operational costs
- Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, planning, and organizing staff
- Supervise and direct regular training to ensure staff proficiency in guest service, food and beverage operations, and loss prevention
- Conduct regular performance review meetings with management teams and adjust action plans as needed
- Address center-level HR and loss prevention issues promptly to maintain high morale
- Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving customer complaints effectively and maintaining service quality standards
