Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of management experience related to full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Physical ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
  • Capability to lift objects with some assistance

Job Duties

  • Develop and monitor financial operational plans and budgets to achieve center financial goals
  • Drive food and beverage sales while controlling labor and other operational costs
  • Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, planning, and organizing staff
  • Supervise and direct regular training to ensure staff proficiency in guest service, food and beverage operations, and loss prevention
  • Conduct regular performance review meetings with management teams and adjust action plans as needed
  • Address center-level HR and loss prevention issues promptly to maintain high morale
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving customer complaints effectively and maintaining service quality standards
