Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations
  • Execute and enforce company policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Lead hiring, training, and developing of staff including Shift Supervisors and Crew Members
  • Maintain an engaged and positive employee culture
  • Communicate effectively with team members
  • Oversee accomplishment of restaurant objectives
