Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum 1 year of leadership or management experience or US Military service
- Passion for customer service and helping others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards
- Availability for flexible scheduling

- Passion for helping and serving others including customers and team members
- 1+ years experience leading, motivating, or developing others or US Military Service

Job Duties
- Lead all aspects of restaurant operations including food production and guest service
- Manage recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance management
- Train, coach and motivate employees and managers
- Monitor inventory, budgets, and food ordering costs
- Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald’s standards
- Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
- Oversee restaurant maintenance and operational needs
