Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- passion for helping and serving others including customers and team members
- 1 or more years experience leading motivating or developing others or US Military service
- commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace

Job Duties
- Manage all aspects within the restaurant including food production guest service experience and direct crew and manager work
- proactively lead and manage recruiting hiring and onboarding processes
- oversee staffing and performance management
- train coach and motivate employees
- plan and make critical decisions around inventory budget and food ordering costs
- ensure food safety measures meet McDonald's standards of excellence
- maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
- oversee operational needs including maintenance plans to exceed standards of excellence
