Job Requirements

  • at least 1-2 years of full-service management experience
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage budgets and control costs
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand, walk, lift, and hustle through 8-12 hour shifts

  • tech savvy with systems like Aloha/NCR, R365, Google Suite, and OpenTable
  • financially sharp, you know how to read a report and make the right moves
  • high-energy, resilient, and ready to take on the challenge of running a restaurant

Job Duties

  • be the fearless leader of the FOH & BOH crew, hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, coaching, the whole shebang
  • keep service standards sky-high and guest experiences legendary
  • manage labor, food, beverage, and expenses like a financial wizard
  • jump into marketing, advertising, and community partnerships that get butts in seats (and slices in hands)
  • own inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships, no surprises on your watch
  • keep the restaurant safe, secure, and health-code compliant (because no one likes a citation)
  • maintain the restaurant like your own, clean, functional, and always guest-ready
  • collaborate with HR on staffing, benefits, and team development (yep, you’ll be a people whisperer too)
  • mentor and grow your managers, because leaders don't just lead, they build more leaders
