Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience in operations
  • 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • ability to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
  • knowledge of Wendy's policies and procedures
  • ability to analyze P&L and implement corrective measures
  • supervisory and training skills
  • planning and budgeting experience

Job Duties

  • Meets budgeted sales targets
  • sets and meets controllable cost targets
  • develops and executes local store marketing plans
  • trains and manages staff for quality product preparation and service
  • addresses and resolves customer complaints promptly
  • oversees store cleanliness and develops cleaning plans
  • manages production labor and food cost controls
  • analyzes P&L and conducts weekly management meetings
  • implements store plans and sets operational goals
  • ensures compliance with company policies and safety standards
