Job Duties
- Meets budgeted sales targets
- sets and meets controllable cost targets
- develops and executes local store marketing plans
- trains and manages staff for quality product preparation and service
- addresses and resolves customer complaints promptly
- oversees store cleanliness and develops cleaning plans
- manages production labor and food cost controls
- analyzes P&L and conducts weekly management meetings
- implements store plans and sets operational goals
- ensures compliance with company policies and safety standards
