Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred
- minimum of 5 years' experience in hotel management or related industry
- familiarity with franchise standards and compliance
- demonstrated cash handling and financial management experience
- strong leadership and decision-making skills
- excellent organizational and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- valid driver's license

Job Duties
- ensure attainment of budgeted goals for all hotel departments
- monitor compliance with labor standards and staffing guidelines
- oversee room rate plan adherence
- track and control operating expenses
- administer approved incentive programs
- conduct regular interdepartmental meetings
- audit and improve departmental procedures
- monitor room inventory and merchandising
- perform competitive rate surveys and analysis
- ensure compliance with franchise and company standards
- uphold Manager On Duty program
- participate in corporate and regional meetings
- safeguard company funds and reconcile daily deposits
- manage petty cash and monthly transmittal reports
- enforce proper cash handling procedures at front desk
- conduct asset management inspections and oversee maintenance projects
- evaluate guest complaints and implement corrective actions
- promote guest satisfaction and repeat business
- represent hotel in community and social events
- recruit, onboard, and train employees
- ensure compliance with employment policies and safety standards
