Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience
- 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining environments preferred
- ability to work varied shifts including weekends
- adherence to state alcohol service age requirements for relevant locations
- physical capability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, and perform other job-related physical tasks
- ability to communicate effectively
- capability to manage multiple projects and maintain restaurant standards
- willingness to follow safety and sanitation protocols

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work while appraising performance and addressing disciplinary matters including terminations
- foster a positive restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members to enhance job performance and guest satisfaction
- maintain a warm, friendly, and hospitable environment that encourages employees to excel
- communicate sales performance and implement corporate programs and initiatives
- assist team members with job duties as needed
- drive sales through suggestive selling and maximizing table turnover
- greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues to ensure 100 percent satisfaction
- maintain efficient operations with appropriate cost control and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company safety policies
- enforce safe work behaviors for guests and staff
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards daily
- control cash, inventory, food and labor costs, reviewing financial reports and taking necessary actions
- manage facility maintenance and company assets
