Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations and maintain composure
- Must be effective at listening to, understanding, clarifying, and resolving concerns of co-workers and guests
- Must be able to work with and understand financial data and arithmetic
- Must be attentive to detail and meet deadlines
- Must be proficient in Windows operating systems and company software
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must lead team members to provide friendly service with a smile
- Must meet legal age to serve alcoholic beverages at select properties
- Must hold a valid Driver’s License
- Must have basic market knowledge
- Must be willing to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Progressive experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or service industry preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily and use their names
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality
- Ensure cleanliness of all hotel areas
- Complete operational checklists accurately
- Conduct daily walks and inspections
- Onboard and train new team members
- Manage shift handover reports and daily summaries
- Oversee adherence to brand quality and safety standards
- Enforce uniform and hospitality policies
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, and inventory
- Provide coaching and development to team members
- Review and verify time clock entries
- Conduct preventative maintenance checks
- Facilitate teamwork and positive communication
