Job Duties
- Meets budgeted sales targets

- develops and executes local store marketing plan
- responds to competitor activities
- develops and executes plan to improve sales and profits
- sets and meets store budget goals monthly
- communicates anticipated variances to District Manager
- determines crew staffing requirements
- ensures adequate management bench strength
- trains store personnel in quality, service, and cleanliness
- resolves customer complaints promptly
- manages production labor control and food cost
- conducts weekly manager meetings
- follows company policies and procedures
- manages employee relations and performance management
