  • Meets budgeted sales targets

  • develops and executes local store marketing plan
  • responds to competitor activities

  • sets and meets store budget goals monthly
  • communicates anticipated variances to District Manager
  • determines crew staffing requirements
  • ensures adequate management bench strength
  • trains store personnel in quality, service, and cleanliness
  • resolves customer complaints promptly
  • manages production labor control and food cost
  • conducts weekly manager meetings
  • follows company policies and procedures
  • manages employee relations and performance management
