Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High school diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
- Ability to prioritize own and others’ work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for proper functioning of the restaurant
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management and restaurant profitability drivers
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Knowledge of guest service principles
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Manage the restaurant's profitability by overseeing the P&L and financial outcomes
- Drive sales through proactive guest service, people development, and operations management
- Motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations with friendly and fast service in a clean facility
- Manage guest experience by responding promptly to guest issues and analyzing feedback for improvements
- Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to build and retain a strong restaurant team
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members, shift coordinators, and assistant managers to enhance performance
- Manage restaurant labor through optimal staffing and scheduling while ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies
