Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year of restaurant management experience
  • Must be dependable and punctual
  • Neat, clean and professional appearance
  • Up-beat and engaging personality
  • Fluent English-speaking and writing skills
  • Highly collaborative nature
  • Exhibit sense of urgency
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent math skills including basic computations and ability to apply basic algebra
  • Ability to travel to other restaurants and meetings as needed
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting (25-50 lbs)

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and vision to crew, shift supervisors, and restaurant managers
  • Monitor and enforce food safety procedures
  • Maximize store sales and profitability
  • Maintain QSC standards consistently
  • Mentor and develop team members' skills
  • Anticipate and resolve operational problems
  • Ensure excellent customer service and fast, accurate service
