Job Requirements
- Prior gm or agm experience
- experience must be in a high volume full service restaurant with full bar
- computer knowledge including excel, windows, pos
- results driven
- trustworthy and team oriented
- must be passionate about the restaurant industry and focused on operational excellence
- able to stand for 10 hours and lift 25 lbs
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as general manager or assistant general manager in a high-volume full service restaurant
- knowledge of full bar operations
- proficiency with computer systems including excel, windows, and pos
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- passion for the restaurant industry and operational excellence
Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning
- oversee staff performance and provide leadership and training
- maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness
- handle scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations
- manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control
- respond to customer feedback and ensure excellent guest service
- coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver a seamless dining experience
