Job Requirements
- Minimum six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year General Manager experience with another concept or recommendation by current Area Manager
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to calculate and analyze data
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels
- Ability to interpret Profit and Loss Statements
- Computer literate

Job Duties
- Directing the daily operations of a restaurant
- Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including: product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability
- Ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer
- Managing recruitment and training of staff
- Monitoring and analyzing financial performance including Profit and Loss statements
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-maintained restaurant environment
- Performing other duties as required or assigned
