Job Requirements

  • Minimum six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year General Manager experience with another concept or recommendation by current Area Manager
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to calculate and analyze data
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels
  • Ability to interpret Profit and Loss Statements
  • Computer literate

Job Duties

  • Directing the daily operations of a restaurant
  • Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including: product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability
  • Ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer
  • Managing recruitment and training of staff
  • Monitoring and analyzing financial performance including Profit and Loss statements
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-maintained restaurant environment
  • Performing other duties as required or assigned
