Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- Minimum of 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurants preferred
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends
- Compliance with state alcohol serving age requirements where applicable
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to push, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
- Physical ability to perform job functions including bending, stooping, and using hands
- Clear verbal communication skills
- Visual acuity including close, distance, color, and peripheral vision
- Ability to access all areas of the restaurant

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise performance and manage employee relations including discipline and termination
- Foster a positive restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and cascade corporate initiatives
- Assist team members with duties as needed
- Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- Maintain efficient operations, enforce cost controls, and manage profitability
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company safety policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor daily food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control cash handling, inventory, food and labor management
- Manage P&L including food and labor costs
- Follow recipes and portion control while managing inventory
- Optimize labor schedules using company tools
- Ensure proper use of equipment and maintenance of facility
- Perform all other duties as assigned
