Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous General Manager experience in quick service restaurants or related fields recommended
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and operational skills
- Commitment to maintaining company standards
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Ability to develop and support Department and Shift Managers
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager running high-volume locations
- Background in quick service restaurants preferred
- Experience in hospitality or retail also valued
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to set goals and follow through on plans
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities
- Must be 18 years or older to hold a managerial position
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant ensuring McDonald's critical standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are met
- Set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership and implement plans to achieve them
- Lead and coach Department Managers, supporting their goal setting and performance improvement
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure a strong leadership pipeline
- Oversee daily operations to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction
- Manage staffing, scheduling and team development
- Monitor financial performance and control costs effectively
