Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous management experience in a fast-food or restaurant setting preferred
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- knowledge of company policies and quick-service restaurant operations
- commitment to ethical business practices
Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations and staff
- execute all company policies, procedures, programs and systems
- ensure achievement of all restaurant objectives following company guidelines
- ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
- lead, interview, select, direct, train and develop all Shift Supervisors, Restaurant Managers and Crew Members
- create and maintain an environment and culture of engaged employees
- communicate effectively with the store team including Restaurant Managers, Shift Supervisors and Crew Members
