Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous management experience in a fast-food or restaurant setting preferred
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • knowledge of company policies and quick-service restaurant operations
  • commitment to ethical business practices

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations and staff
  • execute all company policies, procedures, programs and systems
  • ensure achievement of all restaurant objectives following company guidelines
  • ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
  • lead, interview, select, direct, train and develop all Shift Supervisors, Restaurant Managers and Crew Members
  • create and maintain an environment and culture of engaged employees
  • communicate effectively with the store team including Restaurant Managers, Shift Supervisors and Crew Members
