Job Duties

  • Develop financial operational plans and budgets
  • Monitor center revenue and control labor costs and expenses
  • Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling and planning
  • Supervise and train staff on guest service and operational standards
  • Conduct management meetings to review center performance
  • Address HR and loss prevention issues
  • Resolve customer complaints to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Oversee and expand food and beverage sales
  • Work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended days
