Job Duties
- Develop financial operational plans and budgets
- Monitor center revenue and control labor costs and expenses
- Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling and planning
- Supervise and train staff on guest service and operational standards
- Conduct management meetings to review center performance
- Address HR and loss prevention issues
- Resolve customer complaints to ensure guest satisfaction
- Oversee and expand food and beverage sales
- Work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended days
