Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of college or equivalent preferred
- Minimum four years of excellent performance in Burger King Restaurant or comparable experience
- Proficient English communication skills
- Strong math and Windows-based computer literacy
- Completion or commitment to internal certification training programs
- Ability to work long and irregular hours including extra shifts
- Ability to lead, coach and develop a diverse team
- Good problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and food safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of college preferred
- Minimum four years of leadership experience in restaurant or retail/hospitality
- Proven leadership and development skills
- Proficient in English for communication
- Strong math and computer literacy
- Completed or willing to complete internal training programs including GURU Certified, Foundations Training Certified, and Serve Safe Essentials
Job Duties
- Leads daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Motivates and directs team members to exceed customer expectations
- Provides coaching and development to management and crew
- Manages restaurant financial performance including profit and loss
- Ensures compliance with food safety, employment laws, and company policies
- Implements marketing strategies to drive sales
- Oversees inventory, labor scheduling, and loss control procedures
