This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned McDonald's franchise, which operates separately from McDonald's USA. While the franchisee uses the McDonald's logo and food products, it is a separate entity responsible for all employment matters at the restaurant, including hiring, firing, supervision, scheduling, and disciplinary actions. Job Requirements
- must be 21 years or older
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong leadership capabilities
- excellent interpersonal skills
- previous management experience preferred
- willingness to develop and train staff
- commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, quality, and service
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a general manager with high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants desirable
- experience in hospitality or retail is beneficial
- leadership and team management skills
- ability to set and achieve goals
- excellent communication and coaching skills
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals with leadership
- lead a team of department managers
- help department managers set and follow up on their goals
- provide coaching and direction to improve departments
- hire and develop department and shift managers
