Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a diverse team
  • Physical ability to meet the demands of the role including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, changing environment

  • Experience managing staff and operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and motivate a team
  • Capability to handle inventory, labor, and budgeting responsibilities

  • Passion for delivering positive guest experiences

Job Duties
