Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage a diverse team
- Physical ability to meet the demands of the role including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, changing environment

Job Duties
- Develop yourself and others - focus on self-improvement while supporting the success of others
