Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
  • Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
  • Reliable transportation for occasional travel
  • Eligibility to work in the country
  • Pass background investigation
  • Commitment to leading the management team to achieve business goals
  • Ability to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register or grill

  • Experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to lead and develop a team
  • Commitment to food safety and health standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Maintain day-to-day financial controls
  • Create and manage staff schedules
  • Interview, hire, train and orientate team
  • Oversee coaching, counseling and developing staff
  • Manage team relations
  • Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
  • Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
