Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years supervisory experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must pass criminal background check and drug screening
- Must have general knowledge of state and federal employment laws
- Ability to quickly learn and train others in Wendy’s systems
- Ability to work accurately in fast-paced environment with noise and temperature variations
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
- Ability to multi-task and give sound advice
- Strong team orientation and customer focus
- Professionalism, composure, and discretion in handling customer concerns
- Flexibility to work a 50 hour work week including all shifts and days
- Must have and maintain ServSafe Certification
- Reliable transportation and ability to drive long distances as needed

Job Duties
- Provide coaching to the team and create a fun, inviting work environment where the team feels respected and valued
- Identify 5-Star talent and schedule staff effectively
- Manage daily operations and staff with District Manager support
- Execute company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
- Ensure achievement of restaurant objectives and compliance with laws and business ethics
- Lead, interview, select, train and develop Assistant General Managers, Shift Managers, Team Trainers and Crew
- Maximize store sales goals versus budget and prior year, including marketing participation
- Evaluate store performance using company inspection forms
- Analyze restaurant performance data and implement plans to resolve unfavorable trends
- Manage new product rollouts and procedures
- Ensure protection of Wendy’s brand and assets through policy compliance
- Train and reinforce food safety procedures to management and crew
- Coach and retrain managers, taking corrective actions as needed
- Manage food, labor, and paper costs
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Conduct regular manager meetings to communicate priorities
- Foster People Excellence culture through employee development
- Execute proper training and development
- Manage recruitment, retention, and recognition of store staff
- Prepare and conduct performance feedback and appraisals
- Address customer service issues and poor performance
- Maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Utilize Customer Experience Playbook to delight customers
- Diagnose service issues and direct staff to resolve them
