Job Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations
- 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to stand for long periods without breaks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to travel to multiple stores
- Capability to work in hot and cold environments
- Experience conducting physical inspections of restaurant areas
Job Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations
- 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
- Ability to analyze P&L statements and implement corrective measures
- Supervisory and training skills
- Experience with planning and budgeting
- Strong interviewing and personnel development skills
- Proficiency in employee performance management
- Understanding of quality, service and cleanliness standards
Job Duties
- Meet budgeted sales targets
- Set controllable cost targets
- Develop and execute local store marketing plan
- Hire, train and terminate subordinate managers
- Train store personnel to execute quality product preparation and service
- Resolve customer complaints promptly
- Manage production labor and food cost control
- Conduct management performance reviews
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Execute store plans based on priorities agreed with District Manager
