Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience in operations
  • 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
  • Valid drivers license
  • Ability to stand for long periods without breaks
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to travel to multiple stores
  • Capability to work in hot and cold environments
  • Experience conducting physical inspections of restaurant areas

Job Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent experience in operations
  • 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
  • Ability to analyze P&L statements and implement corrective measures
  • Supervisory and training skills
  • Experience with planning and budgeting
  • Strong interviewing and personnel development skills
  • Proficiency in employee performance management
  • Understanding of quality, service and cleanliness standards

Job Duties

  • Meet budgeted sales targets
  • Set controllable cost targets
  • Develop and execute local store marketing plan
  • Hire, train and terminate subordinate managers
  • Train store personnel to execute quality product preparation and service
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly
  • Manage production labor and food cost control
  • Conduct management performance reviews
  • Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
  • Execute store plans based on priorities agreed with District Manager
