Job Requirements

  • Must be comfortable working onsite at the Staten Island location
  • Available to work weekends and weeknights
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in a managerial position preferably in a similar industry
  • Ability to obtain and maintain relevant certifications
  • Strong commitment to safety and customer service standards

  • Experience in management and leadership roles
  • Knowledge of financial budgeting and expense control
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead large teams
  • Familiarity with aquatics operations and safety standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales and revenue management

Job Duties

  • Manage daily school operations following standard procedures
  • Communicate and enforce company policies to employees
  • Lead and motivate a team of 30-60 staff members
  • Train, recruit, and hire qualified staff
  • Conduct weekly management meetings
  • Achieve sales, enrollment, and revenue targets
  • Oversee financial management including budgets, expenses, and payroll
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols and Emergency Action Plan
  • Coordinate scheduling and class booking software
  • Promote a professional and welcoming customer service environment
