Job Requirements
- Must be comfortable working onsite at the Staten Island location
- Available to work weekends and weeknights
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in a managerial position preferably in a similar industry
- Ability to obtain and maintain relevant certifications
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service standards

- Experience in management and leadership roles
- Knowledge of financial budgeting and expense control
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to motivate and lead large teams
- Familiarity with aquatics operations and safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales and revenue management
Job Duties
- Manage daily school operations following standard procedures
- Communicate and enforce company policies to employees
- Lead and motivate a team of 30-60 staff members
- Train, recruit, and hire qualified staff
- Conduct weekly management meetings
- Achieve sales, enrollment, and revenue targets
- Oversee financial management including budgets, expenses, and payroll
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and Emergency Action Plan
- Coordinate scheduling and class booking software
- Promote a professional and welcoming customer service environment
