Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of management experience in restaurant, retail, or guest service
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Ability to work full-time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to learn new systems and tools
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 4 to 8 hours
  • Must follow company policies and safety standards
  • Must maintain food safety, sanitation, and health protocols

Job Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of restaurant, retail, or guest service management experience or combined experience and education
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work full-time, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to learn new systems and tools
  • ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 90 days preferred
  • Experience with sales building, profit and loss statements, recruitment, and training preferred
  • Aptitude for store systems such as Toast, CrunchTime, GoSpotCheck, EcoSure, TeamworX, Medallia, Workday, Beekeeper
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
  • High school diploma or GED preferred

Job Duties

  • Ensure the store is fully staffed and schedules are up to date
  • Develop creative team member engagement strategies and foster continuous growth
  • Build and maintain a high-performing team through goal setting and accountability
  • Execute and train team on role-based and promotional training programs
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition to team members
  • Model and uphold company policies and ensure a safe environment
  • Use assigned systems and tools appropriately and timely
  • Lead team to deliver outstanding guest experiences with a culture of excellence
  • Facilitate resolution of employee and customer issues
  • Drive strategies to improve guest satisfaction, speed, and loyalty
  • Lead store performance to drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence
  • Manage supply chain, inventory, and asset management
  • Utilize financial planning to manage budgets and operating statements
  • Create enthusiasm and focus on meeting sales goals
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health standards
