Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of management experience in restaurant, retail, or guest service
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have reliable transportation
- Ability to work full-time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to learn new systems and tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 4 to 8 hours
- Must follow company policies and safety standards
- Must maintain food safety, sanitation, and health protocols
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-2 years of restaurant, retail, or guest service management experience or combined experience and education
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work full-time, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to learn new systems and tools
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 90 days preferred
- Experience with sales building, profit and loss statements, recruitment, and training preferred
- Aptitude for store systems such as Toast, CrunchTime, GoSpotCheck, EcoSure, TeamworX, Medallia, Workday, Beekeeper
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Job Duties
- Ensure the store is fully staffed and schedules are up to date
- Develop creative team member engagement strategies and foster continuous growth
- Build and maintain a high-performing team through goal setting and accountability
- Execute and train team on role-based and promotional training programs
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition to team members
- Model and uphold company policies and ensure a safe environment
- Use assigned systems and tools appropriately and timely
- Lead team to deliver outstanding guest experiences with a culture of excellence
- Facilitate resolution of employee and customer issues
- Drive strategies to improve guest satisfaction, speed, and loyalty
- Lead store performance to drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence
- Manage supply chain, inventory, and asset management
- Utilize financial planning to manage budgets and operating statements
- Create enthusiasm and focus on meeting sales goals
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health standards
