Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining preferred
- Compliance with state alcohol serving age requirements if applicable
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage and mentor staff
- Knowledge of operational policies and procedures
- Ability to enforce health and safety regulations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to stand long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Job Qualifications

- College or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations and staff according to company policies
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Assign, direct, and appraise work performance
- Shape restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members for success and guest satisfaction
- Maintain a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
- Monitor sales performance and communicate results to the team
- Assist with category job duties as needed
- Drive sales through suggestive selling and operational efficiency
- Maximize table turnover and sales metrics
- Greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- Enforce OSHA and health and safety codes
- Maintain cost control over food, labor, and inventory
- Manage schedules using labor scheduling tools
- Oversee equipment use and facility maintenance
- Perform all other assigned duties
