Job Requirements

  • Relevant leadership experience in hotel management
  • Minimum of 3-5 years as a general manager preferred
  • Strong financial management skills including P&L analysis and budgeting
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to manage labor and operational productivity
  • Ability to innovate and problem-solve in a dynamic environment

Job Qualifications

  • Proven record of delivering financial results with skills in P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning
  • Demonstrable experience in building, influencing, and growing cohesive teams
  • Track record of positive associate engagement and guest satisfaction
  • Knowledge of cross-discipline strategies in revenue management, sales, marketing, and food & beverage
  • Familiarity with governmental regulations and safety standards including OSHA, EPA, ADA, CFC, and NFPA
  • Ability to manage labor productivity effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to execute business strategies
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as general manager preferred
  • Experience with branded or upscale hotel properties is a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead, develop, and influence teams to deliver financial, cultural, and experiential results
  • Oversee overall performance of the hotel maintaining brand and company standards including P&L, guest satisfaction, brand quality, budget, and labor
  • Direct leadership teams and develop performance across departments such as food & beverage, sales, marketing, and human resources
  • Maintain day-to-day culture and promote ethical leadership to achieve associate engagement and guest satisfaction
  • Build owner confidence through proactive communication and delivering solid business results
  • Perform duties as assigned by regional vice presidents and corporate leadership team
