Job Requirements
- Relevant leadership experience in hotel management
- Minimum of 3-5 years as a general manager preferred
- Strong financial management skills including P&L analysis and budgeting
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to manage labor and operational productivity
- Ability to innovate and problem-solve in a dynamic environment
Job Qualifications
- Proven record of delivering financial results with skills in P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning
- Demonstrable experience in building, influencing, and growing cohesive teams
- Track record of positive associate engagement and guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of cross-discipline strategies in revenue management, sales, marketing, and food & beverage
- Familiarity with governmental regulations and safety standards including OSHA, EPA, ADA, CFC, and NFPA
- Ability to manage labor productivity effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to execute business strategies
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as general manager preferred
- Experience with branded or upscale hotel properties is a plus
Job Duties
- Lead, develop, and influence teams to deliver financial, cultural, and experiential results
- Oversee overall performance of the hotel maintaining brand and company standards including P&L, guest satisfaction, brand quality, budget, and labor
- Direct leadership teams and develop performance across departments such as food & beverage, sales, marketing, and human resources
- Maintain day-to-day culture and promote ethical leadership to achieve associate engagement and guest satisfaction
- Build owner confidence through proactive communication and delivering solid business results
- Perform duties as assigned by regional vice presidents and corporate leadership team
