Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years restaurant management or supervision experience preferred
- valid driver’s license and insurance
- ability to drive a satisfactory vehicle
- must be 18 years or older
- ability to work over 50 hours per week including nights, weekends and emergency situations
- Serv-Safe or local/state food service certification
- cash management capability
- bilingual skills in certain markets

Job Duties
- Monitor product quality and customer service standards
- identify deficiencies and follow up with direct reports to address and correct areas of concern
- respond professionally and promptly to all customer concerns or issues
- solicit customer feedback and use feedback to improve operations and build brand loyalty
- oversee training and execution of quality standards
- Oversee recruiting efforts to meet staffing needs and ensure compliance with uniform and appearance standards
- establish and communicate performance expectations
- conduct timely and effective performance reviews
- document performance issues and take appropriate disciplinary action
- coach and develop direct reports
- build an atmosphere of teamwork, energy and fun
- manage sales goals against budget and prior year
